We believe that no woman should feel like she’s disappearing inside her own life.

Too many midlife women find themselves silently overwhelmed, navigating emotional swings, exhaustion, anxiety, and a deep sense of disconnect from themselves and others. They wake up feeling flat, lie awake overthinking, and drift through the day questioning their worth, doubting their voice, and wondering if they’re “just not coping.”

We’re here because we know that what feels like unravelling is often a powerful – and natural – invitation for transformation. We help women understand that these experiences are not signs of weakness or failure, but often symptoms of a deeper shift related to the menopause transition, lifestyle overload, and unspoken emotional strain.

What is 1-2-1 Coaching and the EMBERS® Model?

Our one-to-one coaching is a confidential, compassionate space designed specifically for midlife women navigating emotional, psychological, and lifestyle changes often linked to the menopause transition. We use the EMBERS® Menopause-Informed CBT model to help you reduce overwhelm, rebuild emotional clarity, and reconnect with your true self — without pressure or judgment.

Is this Therapy?

No, Our coaching is not therapy — but it is therapeutic. It’s a structured and supportive coaching approach rooted in menopause-informed care. Tailored to the unique emotional and lifestyle challenges of midlife. It complements (and can sit alongside) other support such as therapy, HRT, or medical advice.

What results can I expect?
